If you are having an insulin resistance problem i.e. you can't lose weight no matter how much you exercise and cut calories you should consider looking into whether you are insulin resistant and taking berberine. Look up the studies comparing prescription Metformin to berberine and you'll see that berberine is literally just as effective but without side effects. Don't believe me, look it up yourself.
